Beginning Sunday, June 6, the Hazle Twp. Recreation Committee will debut a Summer Concert Series at Hazle Twp. Community Park, a free event held monthly on Sundays from 2 to 4 p.m.
Dates and acts are as follows:
- June 6 — Traditional acoustic music with Paul Riffon and Dave Matsinko.
- July 11 — Pennsylvania recording artist Jeremiah James performing country rock.
- Aug. 1 — Those Acoustic Guys, featuring Chris Danishefsky and Gino Cannon.
The events will be held in the bandshell and are family friendly. Those attending are encouraged to bring a lawn chair and distance safely from other family groups. Rain dates will be the following Sunday after each scheduled event.
Refreshments will be available for purchase.
Some of neighborhood sponsors include Tinee Bubbles Laundromat, NEPA Waste Reduction and Recycling, Panorama Magazine, ArtsCAN, Knecht Janitorial, ADL Tag and Notary, Action Real Estate, L&M Fuel, Printmark Industries, Tonda Industries and Pulaski Club.
