With a month chopped off the schedule, the 2021 Triple-A All-Star Game is off.
In its place, Triple-A teams added two games July 13-14. For the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders, that means a pair of games on the road against the Worcester Red Sox. So, the 2021 schedule will be 120 games, with an even home/road split of 60 games apiece.
The All-Star Game was slated for Round Rock, Texas.
On Tuesday, Major League Baseball announced it was delaying start of the Triple-A season until May. Teams were originally preparing for an early-April start.
