Micah Bowens entered the transfer portal last week, and it didn’t take him long to find a new program.
The former Penn State backup quarterback announced on Twitter today that he’s going to enroll at Oklahoma.

Bowens was Penn State’s fourth-string quarterback last season as a true freshman. He didn’t get into any games.
