Looking for family fun for this weekend? Here are my picks:
- Explore vehicles at the annual Touch-a-Truck event at Nay Aug Park, organized by the Junior League of Scranton. My oldest daughter loves to attend this event every year. The event is Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Attend the annual Fall Fest at the Lands at Hillside Farms, scheduled for noon to 5 p.m. on both Saturday and Sunday.
- Ride a pony and pet a goat at the Carbondale YMCA Fall Festival, Sunday from noon to 4 p.m.
- Color with chalk at ChalkFest on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Millennium Circle Portal on the River Common in Wilkes-Barre.
