Jessup Hose Company 2 will escort Santa Claus through town this year just as they have for the past five-plus decades, though Santa won’t be stopping for pictures or in-home visits because of the pandemic.
Santa will arrive at Fire Station 25 on Hill Street at 5 p.m. Dec. 18 before touring the uptown area of the borough south of Lane and Erie streets, according to the hose company. The following day at 3 p.m., Santa will complete his tour by visiting the downtown and Winton sections.
Santa has visited the borough for the past 56 years, distributing gifts made possible by donations, according to the hose company.
