On a recent trip to Washington D.C., I discovered the Call Your Mother – A Jew-ish Deli along Georgia Ave.
I had to try a several items on the amazing menu – first was the bagel sandwich The Amar’e. The sandwich featured candied salmon cream cheese, cucumber, crispy shallots, seasonal greens on a Za’atar bagel.

And last a Jew-ish taco. The taco had brisket, pastrami, cheese, jalapenos, cilantro, onion, lime on corn tortilla.
