Up-and-coming rock band Dirty Honey will perform at the F.M. Kirby Center in Wilkes-Barre at 8 p.m. Aug. 3 as part of the Chandelier Concert Series.

The Los Angeles band — frontman Marc Labelle, guitarist John Notto, bassist Justin Smolian and drummer Corey Coverstone — recently released its debut EP. Its single, “When I’m Gone,” has broken into the top 20 on Billboard’s rock chart. Dirty Honey also was named this month’s iHeart Radio On the Verge Rock Artist.

Tickets go on sale Friday at 10 a.m.at the Kirby box office, 570-826-1100 and kirbycenter.org. They cost $9.79 in advance and $12 day of show, plus fees.
