The annual raising of the Irish flag will be held Sunday, March 7, at 1 p.m. at Lackawanna County Courthouse Square.
Groups participating in the ceremony will include the Ancient Order of Hibernians, Ladies AOH, Sister City Committee and the Irish Cultural Society.
Social distancing and mask-wearing will be observed.
