A restaurant which specializes in Spanish and international cuisine is opening another location in the city, owner Wanda Tiburcio said. She opened Wanda’s Mofongo House on South Main Avenue in March 2019 and felt an expansion into the downtown area was necessary to meet demand.
Tiburcio said the new establishment at 111 Wyoming Ave. is scheduled to open Monday .She added the new location will also be more convenient for residents in South Scranton and North Scranton .
