Instanbul Grill Mediterranean restaurant at 40 S. Main St. in downtown Wilkes-Barre is opening a second location in March in the Twin Stacks Center on Memorial Highway in Dallas.
Elis Kacar, owner of Instanbul Grill, said she plans to hold a soft opening at the new location in early March and a grand opening later in March.
She said they decided to open a restaurant in Dallas after customers from the Back Mountain visited her Wilkes-Barre restaurant and told her she should open a bigger place there.
The restaurant will be open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
