Commonwealth Coffeehouse held its soft opening today.
Tom and Patrice Bonin transformed the space in the Samter’s building, 101 Penn Ave., Scranton, to house the spacious coffee shop that offers both booth and high-top seating as well as takeout.
The shop’s opening-day menu offers sandwiches, salads and soup along with several varieties of coffee roasts and other hot beverages.
