Ricketts Glen State Park will be among the first state parks to resume many full functions later this month following the coronavirus shutdown, a spokesman for the state Department of Conservation of Natural Resources said Monday.
The park is among 46 out of 121 that will reopen this month and the only exception outside of parks in the northwest part of the state and northern tier.
Spokesman Terry Brady said it’s because Ricketts Glen is a huge park that encompasses several counties, a large chunk of which is in Sullivan County.
