409 on Adams, Lackawanna College’s completely student-run restaurant, has announced it will open reservations for its fall semester on Wednesday, Aug. 28, at 9 a.m. The restaurant is housed inside the college building at 409 Adams Ave., Scranton.
“Stay tuned for updates on how to make reservations, our available dining dates & times as well as class menus,” the restaurant noted in a post on its Facebook page, where interested parties can asked to be put on the restaurant’s email list.
Last month, we spotlighted the restaurant’s recipe for Sous Vide Bistro Filet with Sweet Potato, Jalapeño and Portobello Mushroom Hash and Chimichurri in our Local Flavor feature. Get that recipe and read our interview with Chef Mark Seibert here.
