Imagine your child (or you) being able to hand-pick their own pack of Crayola crayons for free.

A brand-new box of crayons with only the colors you want is a kid’s dream.

Crayola Experience, to celebrate National Crayon Day, which is March 31, will give away 1 million crayons.

Starting today, guests can sign up on the Crayola Experience website to get a free custom box of 32 crayons at one of the five Crayola Experience locations around the country. The Crayola Store at each location will be giving away 6,250 crayon boxes over the course of the giveaway.

When guests pick up their box, they will fill it with their choice of crayons from the store’s “Pick Your Pack” wall that holds almost a half a million crayons.

“Opening up a box of crayons is like visiting Crayola Experience — it opens up a world of imagination and hours of fun, which is why we thought this would be a great way to celebrate this unofficial holiday,” said Victoria Lozano, EVP-Digital Strategy & GM Attractions & Retail of Crayola.

All you have to do is register online for available times at one of The Crayola Store locations. Here in Pennsylvania, that is in Easton. Other locations are in Orlando, Fla.; Bloomington, Minn. (Mall of America); Plano, Texas; and Chandler, Ariz.

Time slots begin on March 31. Sign up is on a first come, first serve basis. Each household may have only one box.
