Every Sunday before the PIAA Track and Field Championships, the state releases the Performance Lists for each event and allows us a chance to preview the meet and look where Lackawanna Track Conference athletes are seeded heading into the weekend at Shippensburg University.

Remember athletes who finish in the Top 8 earn medals. Athletes earn their seeds based upon their times, distances and heights recorded at their respective District Championship Meet.
