Motionless in White Release Party
Join band Motionless in White on Friday, June 10, at F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts, 71 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre, to celebrate the release of its new album, “Scoring the End of the World.” Doors open at 5 p.m.
Originally from Scranton, the heavy metal band consists of Chris Motionless, vocals; Ricky Olson, guitar; Ryan Sitkowski, guitar; Vinny Mauro, drums; and Justin Morrow, bass. The group has racked up three consecutive Top 5 debuts on Billboard’s Top Hard Rock Albums Chart and Top Rock Albums Chart and more than a half-billion streams and views.

Northeast Pennsylvania Yoga Festival
Find your center during the Northeast Pennsylvania Yoga Festival, set for Saturday, June 11, and Sunday, June 12, at Montage Mountain, 1000 Montage Mountain Road, Scranton.
Doors open Saturday at 7 a.m., and the first 100 people who check in will receive a swag bag. The festival then runs from Saturday at 8 a.m. to Sunday at 5 p.m.
The weekend will feature yoga, meditation, wellness and inspirational talks, social gatherings and more. Ticket prices vary; visit nepayogafest.com.
Guests also can wind down on Saturday night at After Fest, which begins at 5 p.m. at Montage’s Midland area. Tickets cost $20 for the gathering only and $35 for After Fest, camping and waterpark admission.
Andrew Mazza Diesel Jam
The Andrew Mazza Diesel Jam comes to Circle Drive-In, 1911 Scranton-Carbondale Highway, Dickson City, on Saturday, June 11.
Registration and check-in begins at 8 a.m., and the action follows at 9. The event will include a truck show; Mobile Dyno; Digger Adventure; the Barna Heavy Equipment Rodeo; and awards, such as best in show, big rig, pickup, antique, wrecker and people’s choice. There also will be vendors, food, raffles, live entertainment and more.
Proceeds benefit the Andrew Mazza Foundation, founded in 2016 in honor of its namesake, who loved the diesel industry. The foundation provides scholarships to local trade school students.
Inaugural Spuds and Suds
Join the inaugural Spuds and Suds event on Saturday, June 11, at 401 Dunmore St., Throop.
The 21-and-older event takes place from 4 p.m. to midnight. Little Spuds of Justus will provide homemade pierogis. Steve Kucharski will perform from 7 to 10 p.m.
Proceeds benefit the Volunteer Hose Company of Throop’s general operating fund.

Party on the Patio
Party on the Patio continues this week with Dean Ford and the Beautiful Ones.
The Prince tribute band will perform Thursday, June 9, at Mohegan Sun Pocono, 1280 Highway 315, Plains Twp. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the music begins at 7:30.
Open to ages 21 and older, Party on the Patio runs on Thursday nights throughout the summer, featuring different bands and food trucks.
