The Schuylkill Chamber of Commerce Schuylkill Women in Business Committee will have a program called Self Care at 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 16, at St. Luke’s Hospital-Miners Campus, 360 W. Ruddle St., Coaldale, sponsored by St. Luke’s University Health Network-Miners Campus.
Self Care, according to an event flier, involves Self exam, Empower, Live, Fitness, Choose you, Awareness, Regularly and Wellness.
