SCRANTON — The Scranton/Dunmore Fraternal Order of Police Lodge 2 and the Scranton Police Department will host a free, drive-thru takeout pasta dinner from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday at the FOP lodge, 401 Railroad Ave., Scranton.
Enter on the Railroad Avenue side of the building. Limit four dinners per vehicle.
