Watch performances without leaving home on Thursday, March 11, at 7 p.m.
The “Bright Side: A Virtual Variety Show” livestream presented by Montage Mountain Resorts will feature entertainment and giveaways as it raises money for Scranton Cultural Center at The Masonic Temple.
The night will include musical theater performances by the cultural center’s Youth Theatre Program, the New Vintage Ensemble featuring Terry Thompson and Kimmie Leff, and the Scranton Shakespeare Festival featuring Stephen Murphy and Michele Conaboy McGrath; vocal performances by Conaboy McGrath accompanied by Murphy plus Erin Malloy and Friends featuring Doug Smith, Ron Stabinsky and Carmine Galati; musical comedy performances by the Scranton Fringe Festival and Flaskmilk Productions; musical performances by Mike Miz plus Roy Williams and Mariah Hawley; and a dance performance by Newave Studios.
Tickets cost $25 for general streaming and $60 for patrons, which grants access to a 6 p.m. pre-show Zoom cocktail hour plus extra entries for giveaways.
