Certified public accountant turned cake artist Cathy Reppert launched Truly Scrumptious, LLC, in September of 2003. She opened this physical location in May 2011 to accommodate her growing business and to offer cake, cookies, muffins and other delicious tidbits in a cozy, comfy setting with WIFI.
