Benny Dzurlic hooked a new business.
In January, Dzurlic bought the former Terra Preta Prime at 301 N. Washington Ave., and plans to convert it into a new restaurant, Catch 21 Seafood & Steak, said Dzurlic.
He hopes to open Catch 21 in April with cocktails, an expanded wine list, multiple dining rooms and outdoor seating.
Dzurlic has 30 years of experience in the food industry and owns several other businesses in Scranton, including Sambuca Italian Grille & Bar, 234 Penn Ave., and Tequila Mexican Bar and Grill, 414 Spruce St.
He plans to open another establishment, the Newsroom, in March at North Main Avenue and Jackson Street in West Scranton.
