Right now, the commitment to stand with Black Americans and against racial injustice are more powerful than ever.
Attending protests, signing petitions and especially donating to the Black Lives Matter movement as well as other related causes all are paramount to making a difference.
Though, it’s also important to support Black creators and business owners. There are hundreds of businesses in the beauty space with Black creators at the helm and, a few weeks ago, I put together a list of over 200 Black-owned beauty and personal care brands.
There are Black-owned businesses here in our area, though, which puts money right into the Black community locally.
