Get your holiday haircut and help out a local family at Loyalty Barber Shop and Shave Parlor of Scranton next week.

Earlier this month, barber John Padilla, and his family, fiancée Nikki Kotula, and their three sons, John, 8; Vincent, 4; and Nico, 8 months, were awoken to a fire in their Duryea home. While the family made it out safely, the home has extensive fire and water damage.

On Sunday, Nov. 29, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., the barber shop, 342 Adams Ave., will donate 100% of what they make that day to the Padilla family.

Due to state COVID-19 guidelines, appointments are required. To make an appointment, visit loyaltyscranton.com and select “Scranton appointments.”

A GoFundMe page also has been set up for the family.
