Sebastian Maniscalco’s ‘Nobody Does This’ tour
Get ready to laugh Italian style.
Comedian, actor and best-selling author Sebastian Maniscalco brings his “Nobody Does This” tour to Northeast Pennsylvania.
The show takes place Sunday, Dec., 5 at 7 p.m. at Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza, 255 Highland Park Blvd., Wilkes-Barre Twp.
Maniscalco, who has released standup specials on Comedy Central, Showtime and Netflix, currently stars in the cooking series “Well Done with Sebastian Maniscalco,” on Discovery+. He also acted in the Academy Award-winning film “Green Book” as well as “The Irishman,” which was Martin Scorcese’s adaptation of Charles Brandt’s NEPA-based true-crime book “I Heard You Paint Houses.” Maniscalco will play himself in the upcoming “About My Father,” which is loosely based on his life and his relationship with his dad, who will be played by his former “Irishman” co-star Robert De Niro.

Chamber Singers’ Holiday Concert
Get into the spirit of the season during the Chamber Singers’ Holiday Concert on Sunday, Dec. 5, in Marian Chapel at Marywood University, 2300 Adams Ave., Scranton. The 4 p.m. performance will feature songs including “Alleluia” by Randall Thomas, “Hodie” by Carol Barnett and other secular music by American composers. Admission if free. Factoryville Christmas Market
The Factoryville Christmas Market will take place Friday, Dec. 3, to Sunday, Dec. 5, at Christy Mathewson Park, 18-19 Thompson Road. The event starts Friday from 6 to 9 p.m. and features vendors, pictures with Santa, live music and demonstrations and more. A tree lighting ceremony will take place at 7. Erich Aten will provide entertainment. The market continues Saturday, Dec. 4, from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday, Dec. 5 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
On Saturday morning, the 1-mile Ugly Christmas Sweater Run will take place. Participants can win awards for the ugliest sweater and fastest times.
