Bret Michaels brings his “Nothin’ But a Good Vibe” tour to Mohegan Sun Pocono Outdoor Concert Venue, 1280 Route 315, Plains Twp. on Friday, Sept. 30, at 7:30 p.m.

The Poison frontman has been playing for decades, and is known for hits such as “Every Rose Has It’s Thorn,” “Nothin’ But A Good Time” and more.

‘Scranton After Dark’ tour

Lackawanna Historical Society’s “Scranton After Dark” haunted walking tours are back, starting Friday, Sept. 30.

Tours are on Fridays through Oct. 28, at 7 p.m. and will meet at Catlin House, 232 Monroe Avenue, Scranton. The tour takes about two hours and is $15 per person.

Tickets are required and can be purchased by visiting lackawanna-historical-society.ticketleap.com/haunted-tours/. Tour groups will be limited to ten people.

Family-friendly events at Nay Aug Park

On Saturday, Oct. 1, the Nay Aug Park Craft Fair will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the park at 500 Arthur Ave. in Scranton. The fair will feature more than 100 crafters, music and food. On Sunday, Oct. 2, The Greenhouse Project will host The Honeybee & Harvest Day from noon to 4 p.m. starting at the David Wenzel Treehouse in Nay Aug Park.

Celebrate pollinators with a Honeybee Costume Parade that steps off at 12:15 p.m. Following the parade, there will be children’s game and activities, harvest demonstrations and more.

‘The Reader: Paintings by Travis Prince’ opening reception

The Everhart Museum hosts an opening reception for its new exhibition “The Reader: Paintings by Travis Prince” on Friday, Sept. 30, from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Everhart Museum, 1901 Mulberry St., Scranton.

Enjoy wine, beer and light fare and view artwork that depicts African Americans reading works by African American authors including Martin Luther King Jr., Malcolm X and others.

The exhibit will be on display through December and is recommended for viewers ages 18 or older.

Dunmore Cemetery tour

The Dearly Departed Players present the Dunmore Cemetery Tour on Sunday, Oct. 2 and 9, at 2 p.m. at the cemetery, 400 Church Street, Dunmore.

The Players tell stories from the past while touring the cemetery with guests.

Admission is free and comfortable walking shoes are strongly recommended.
