An Easter Pop-up Market will open for one day only this weekend at the Viewmont Mall, 100 Viewmont Mall, Scranton and Dickson City.

Set for Saturday, April 16, from noon to 6 p.m., the event will feature with 20 vendors and crafters.

‘Belfast’

The Albright Memorial Library, 500 Vine St., Scranton, will screen the Academy Award-winning film “Belfast” during its next Wednesday Movie Matinee.

The free screening will take place Wednesday, April 13, at 2 p.m. in the Henkelman Room on the library’s second floor. Masks and social distancing are recommended.

‘Peppa Pig Live! Peppa Pig’s Adventure’

Kids will have a chance to see one of their favorite cartoon characters in person when “Peppa Pig Live! Peppa Pig’s Adventure” stops at F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts, 71 Public Square, Wilkes-Barre.

The show takes place Thursday, April 14, at 6 p.m. Doors open at 5.

The 60-minute musical follows Peppa Pig as she goes on a camping trip with her dad; brother, George; and friends, Pedro Pony, Suzy Sheep and Gerald Giraffe.

‘Miracles: The Life, Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ’

Grace Ridge Church, 761 Terrace St., Honesdale, presents a special theatrical production just in time for Easter.

“Miracles: The Life, Death and Resurrection of Jesus Christ” will take place Wednesday, April 13, through Friday, April 15, from 7 to 8 p.m. This production will have shadow acting and music. Childcare will be provided if needed.

DIY Garden Project: Plant Your Native Plant Pollinator Garden

Learn how to spruce up your garden and help the local bee population in the process at an upcoming program in Scranton.

The Greenhouse Project in Nay Aug Park, 200 Arthur Ave., will present the DIY Garden Project: Plant Your Native Plant Pollinator Garden on Monday, April 18, at 6 p.m. Beekeeper and farmer Orna Clum and Master Gardener Michele Davis will teach about the importance of creating a garden that will help pollinators thrive and about the plants and pollinators native to Northeast Pennsylvania.

Space is limited, and registration is required. A donation of $10 is suggested; admission is free for OAOA members.
