A seafood and steak restaurant and a casual sports bar are now open in Scranton.
Catch 21 Seafood & Steak opened Monday at 301 N. Washington Ave., owner Benny Dzurlic said.
The restaurant and bar opens at 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. The last dinner seating is at 9:30 p.m., but the bar remains open later, Dzurlic said. The business is closed each Sunday.
The business will focus on fresh seafood and prime steaks, and will offer outdoor seating.
Dzurlic also opened The Newsroom, a bar and restaurant, at 100 N. Main Ave. in April.
The establishment is open seven days a week, starting at 4:30 p.m., he said. Dzurlic added the closing time varies depending on when the last customer leaves.
Dzurlic has been satisfied with the volume of business during the first few months.
“So far, things have been very good,” he said. “There has been a great response from the local neighborhood.”
