Turkey dinners will be given out later this month at Johnson College in partnership with Toyota of Scranton and ShopRite, the college announced Monday.
Volunteers will hand out 250 pre-prepared meals at 11 a.m. Feb. 28 on a first-come, first-served basis. ShopRite donated the food, which will be prepared and packaged by Toyota of Scranton staff and the college’s students. There will be a limit of four meals per vehicle.
The giveaway will be a contactless, drive-through pickup. Volunteers will wear masks and gloves.
