Krispy Kreme will give anyone who gets the COVID-19 vaccination a free glazed doughnut for the rest of the year.
All you have to do is show your vaccination card and the doughnut is yours.
And, every Monday from March 29 to May 24, customers can get a free medium coffee and a free glazed doughnut, no purchase necessary.
The bakery said it also will be delivering doughnuts to select vaccination centers throughout the country and is offering its employees up to four hours of paid time to off to get a vaccination.
“We all want to get COVID-19 behind us as fast as possible and we want to support everyone doing their part to make the country safe by getting vaccinated as soon as the vaccine is available to them,” said Dave Skena, Krispy Kreme chief marketing officer.
Krispy Kreme also is offering “Be Sweet Weekends” when you can buy a dozen doughnuts and get a dozen glazed doughnuts to share for $1 on weekends through May 23. The glazed dozen comes with one special smiley-face doughnut.
