Miller Lite on Monday said it will give fans $8 to buy a six pack of beer if they can correctly type in an 836-character URL during the Michelob Ultra Super Bowl ad.
Miller Lite says that typing the URL will burn one calorie – the difference between Miller Lite’s 96 calories and Michelob Ultra’s 95 calories.
Now, Natty Light is upping the anti by offering a case of beer and they said, Natty Light has one less calorie than Miller Lite.
“The last thing anyone wants to do on Super Bowl Sunday is type out a URL like it’s 1999 for just $8 and to burn one calorie.
But if burning one calorie is what you’re into, here’s a list of things you’ll be doing anyway that will get you there: walking to the fridge, celebrating a touchdown, literally just watching the game for one scoring drive. Of course, you could drink a Natty Light, which has one less calorie than Miller Lite anyway.
So instead of trying to type in an 836-character URL into your browser, Natty wants to make it easier for you to get a case of free Natural Light – all weekend long, so you can focus on the actual game.”
Natty Light fans can use #NattySweepstakes from now through Sunday for a chance to enter to win a case of beer.
