Hazleton Rotary Club’s annual Wine and Beer Festival will include a car show. The events will be held Saturday, Aug. 24, from noon to 6:30 p.m. at the Hazle Twp. Babe Ruth Field, 601 Hazle Twp. Blvd.
The Rotary Wine & Beer Festival is family-oriented.
Anyone who wishes to enter a car or truck can do so. There is no advance registration, and the gates open at 10 a.m. for car show participants. Space will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.
Admission is $10 per participant per car show car for car occupants over 21 years old, $5 for designated drivers and those 13 to 20 years old, and free for children 12 years and younger. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
First-, second- and third-place trophies will be awarded with judging by festival attendees. Awards will be presented at 4 p.m.
Proceeds will benefit Hazleton Rotary Club community service projects and activities.
